Meditation Coaching
Guided meditation coaching to help you develop a practice that connects you with your intuition — and the best version of yourself.
Meditation coaching is a unique blend of meditation practice and life coaching — using meditation as the primary tool to help you reach your full potential.
Unlike traditional coaching, your coach won't give you the answers or game plan. Only you know what your best self looks like — and how to get there. The role of a coach is to help you access that wisdom within yourself.
Guided meditation sessions tailored to your level and goals, in-person or via Zoom.
Thought-provoking questions that push your thinking and unlock deeper self-understanding.
Follow-up notes and accountability questions to keep you on track between sessions.
Client Reviews
I truly looked forward to my sessions with Cindy. She is a great listener and asked me powerful questions that made me deeply think about my goals and actions. Cindy created a vulnerable space remotely where I felt comfortable talking about anything and everything! I am truly grateful to have had this meditation coaching experience.
I want to thank Cindy for everything she has empowered me to do. During our sessions, she gracefully motivated me and held me accountable at the same time. I've been able to stay consistent with my wellness goals and brainstorm concrete professional next steps. Cindy has really allowed me to reconnect with my meditation practice in a way that is transformational.
Cindy consistently creates a safe, judgement-free space. She pushes you to be reflective through thoughtful questions and helps you identify the things you want to change and the goals you want to accomplish. I consistently left my sessions feeling positive and, if I entered in a tense or overwhelmed space, our sessions brought me back to equilibrium.
Despite little to no experience with meditation, I was seeking to establish a practice in anticipation of an upcoming challenging life transition. With Cindy's coaching I was able to accomplish this goal and so much more. In addition to feeling more centered and grounded, my practice has helped me with anxiety, sleep quality, and overall wellness. Cindy is thoughtful, insightful, patient, and keeps you accountable without being pushy or judgmental.

About Cindy
I have been passionate about meditation since attending a 10-day silent Vipassana meditation retreat nearly a decade ago. Meditation has enabled me to find more equanimity in my day-to-day life and to be better connected with my inner intuition to manifest my goals into reality.
I became a certified yoga teacher (specializing in yin yoga) and meditation coach, so that I can share this gift and help others become the best version of themselves.

Intro to Meditation
Through this practice, you learn to still the thoughts in your mind and relax your body, achieving a state of calm and equanimity. Many people use meditation to feel less stressed — but that's just scratching the surface of what it can do for you.
It's not a simple question — meditation can take many different forms, and there is no one-size-fits-all answer. It really varies from person to person based on preference and experience level.
At its core, to meditate you need to choose something to focus on. That focus object falls into one of three categories: an activity, an object, or a thought.
A meditation coach can help you figure out which practice will work best for you.
