8-Session Package
Recommended for anyone new to meditation coaching
- Sessions held weekly, in-person or via Zoom (45–60 minutes)
- Mix of guided meditation and coaching discussion
- Follow-up email after each session with notes, accountability questions, and next steps
4-Session Package
Recommended for returning clients or those with an established practice
- 4 sessions is the minimum we offer — the number required to see meaningful results
Private Guided
Meditation
A tailored sanctuary of tranquility for individuals or small groups of up to 10 people. A personalized journey into serenity shaped around your preferences.
- Available for individuals or small groups (up to 10 people)
- Sessions between 30–60 minutes
- Participant input on meditation style and theme strongly encouraged
- Can incorporate elements of yoga or discussion, if desired
Pricing for Individual Services
Per-session cost ranges between $50–$150, depending on the number of sessions you commit to and income level. Additional discounts are extended to those who work in education, particularly in K–12 schools serving underprivileged neighborhoods.
