Despite little to no experience with meditation, I was seeking to establish a practice in anticipation of an upcoming challenging life transition. With Cindy's coaching I was able to accomplish this goal and so much more. I have been able to consistently implement and maintain meditation into my daily life, which has helped me in ways I hadn't even anticipated.
