About Cindy

I have been passionate about meditation, since attending a 10 day silent Vipassana meditation retreat nearly a decade ago. Meditation has enabled me to find more equanimity in my day to day life and to be better connected with my inner intuition to manifest my goals into reality. I became a certified yoga teacher (specializing in yin yoga) and meditation coach, so that I can share this gift and help others become the best version of themselves.
